Martha is a writer, director, and photographer from Dorset. Her debut narrative short, To The Sea—a coming-of-age story about loss and loyalty—premiered at the BAFTA- and BIFA-qualifying London Short Film Festival in 2021.
Her commercial work, largely comprising dance-driven fashion and music videos that spotlight electronic sound, has been featured on platforms including Nowness, Perfect Magazine, and Fact.
Her third narrative short, Something Else, screened at BAFTA- and BIFA-qualifying festivals on the international circuit last year. Her most recent film, Afters, explores the transience of romantic relationships through the hazy lens of memory.
Martha is developing her debut feature film, set in Dorset during lockdown, which explores solitude, love, and fleeting moments of wonder in an uncertain world.
